Hoi An works because the golf and the destination balance each other. You can play in the morning, return to the resort and still have the old town, river and restaurants for the evening.

For a relaxed trip, I would combine Hoiana Shores with nearby Central Vietnam courses and leave enough space for one non-golf day.
