Each nine has its own scorecard identity, but the overall design language is consistent: broad landing areas narrowed by bunkers, water that cuts diagonally across the intended line and large greens with multiple pin sections. The course often presents enough room from the tee, then asks a more exact question with the second shot.

The rotating A-to-D format means a golfer should not rely on one old internet review of a fixed 18. Confirm the assigned loops before play and ask whether the starting nine changes at the turn. Loop Highlights and Signature Challenges

The A loop is the longest of the four on the published card and asks for strong distance control into raised targets. The D loop is the shortest at 3,619 yards, although water and green contours still punish an impatient approach. Green speed varies with daily maintenance, rainfall and the time of play. Later rounds may encounter more footprints on busy days. Focus on pace from long range and avoid leaving a defensive downhill return. Ask the caddie whether the break is driven mainly by slope or grain, then make a committed stroke.

Southern Vietnam’s wetter period generally brings more frequent showers from around May into autumn, while the drier months tend to offer more predictable golf. Caddie Insights and On-Course Strategy

Give the caddie honest carry numbers in yards or metres. The property’s water lines make carry distance more important than the total shown on a launch monitor. If the caddie recommends a lay-up, ask for the resulting yardage rather than automatically taking the longest safe club.

The official material describes a clubhouse of about 10,000 square metres. It supports a high volume of golfers with locker rooms, dining, event space and golf services. Large groups should still arrive 45 to 60 minutes early because registration, bag handling and caddie allocation take longer than the short airport-area drive suggests.

The practice plan should match the assigned loops. Hit several carry-specific mid irons, test chips from tight turf and roll putts under the current light. Before night golf, spend extra time on distance perception. A five-minute warm-up in daylight does not fully prepare the eyes for a floodlit back nine.

For a corporate or club event, confirm function space, menu, audio requirements and presentation timing before travel. Give the venue one final participant count and dietary list rather than several separate versions from different organisers.

Logistics: Airport and City Transfer Times

The course adjoins the Tan Son Nhat airport area, but a nearby pin on the map does not eliminate city traffic. From the airport terminal, allow roughly 10 to 20 minutes after the group has collected bags and reached the vehicle. From District 1, a sensible range is about 25 to 45 minutes, with longer periods possible at peak times.

Do not book a tee time too close to an international arrival. Immigration, golf-bag delivery and traffic are variable. A minimum three-hour buffer after scheduled landing is safer, and more may be appropriate for a large group. On departure day, finish golf early enough for showers, traffic, check-in and any oversized-bag process.

Private transfers work well because a vehicle can collect the whole group from one hotel and remain coordinated after the round. Golf bags and suitcases must be counted separately. For airport transfers, the vehicle often needs more capacity than it did for the course-only day.
