Website information and indicative prices are provided for planning purposes and may change according to dates, availability, exchange rates, supplier terms and final inclusions.

Quotes and bookings

Submitting an enquiry does not create a confirmed booking. A booking is confirmed only after ASEAN LINKS issues written confirmation and receives any required deposit or payment.

Supplier conditions

Golf courses, hotels, transport providers and other suppliers may apply their own availability, cancellation, dress-code and operating conditions. Relevant terms will be supplied with a confirmed proposal or booking.

Travel responsibilities

Travellers are responsible for valid passports, visas, travel insurance, health requirements and arriving on time for confirmed services unless expressly included otherwise.
