The Tour
Nine days. Three of Vietnam's great destinations.
This tour takes a different approach to Vietnam. Instead of concentrating in one region, it runs the full length of the country's best golf and travel experiences - Hanoi in the north, Ha Long Bay between the two halves, and the central coast around Da Nang for the final three rounds. The combination is extraordinary.
The Hanoi section delivers two rounds on courses that play as distinctly different experiences from the coastal layouts further south. A short transfer to the coast then puts the group on an overnight luxury cruise through Ha Long Bay - one of the world's great natural wonders, and the only way to properly see it. The cruise returns to port, the group flies south to Da Nang, and the final three rounds play out on Vietnam's most celebrated golf coast.
The tour closes with a farewell dinner after Round 5 on the central coast. Five rounds, three destinations, one overnight cruise. It is the most complete Vietnam golf experience ASEAN Links offers.
The Courses
Five rounds. North to south. Zero filler.
Every course in this lineup earns its place. Two in Hanoi, three on the Hoi An coast - the contrast between the two regions gives the five-round lineup genuine variety.

Hanoi · Round 1
Championship layout · Hanoi region
The opening round sets the tone for the north - a championship layout that plays in an altogether different character from the coastal courses to follow. Hanoi's golf courses are less well known internationally than those on the central coast, but they consistently surprise players who make the journey north. Caddie and cart included.

Hanoi · Round 2
Second championship layout · Contrasting routing
The second Hanoi round delivers a contrasting experience - a different course architecture, different terrain and a routing that builds the case for the north as a serious golf destination in its own right. The evening is at leisure before the transfer to Ha Long Bay the following day.

Ba Na Hills Golf Club
Luke Donald design · Central Coast · Round 3
Designed by Luke Donald and carved into the Ba Na Hills mountain range above Da Nang, this is one of the most visually spectacular courses in Asia. The elevation changes are dramatic, the views are extraordinary and the layout challenges every aspect of a player's game. Consistently rated among the top courses in Vietnam.

Laguna Lang Co · Round 4
Sir Nick Faldo design · Lang Co Bay · Round 4
Designed by Sir Nick Faldo and set between the mountains and the sea at Lang Co Bay, Laguna Lang Co is one of the most scenically dramatic courses in Asia. The layout runs along the coast and through the lagoon, with views across the bay in every direction. A course that earns its reputation on every hole.

BRG Greg Norman Course · Round 5
Greg Norman design · Hoi An coast · Round 5
Designed by Greg Norman and set along the Hoi An coastline, the BRG Norman Course is a pure links-style layout running parallel to the East Sea. Fast fairways, coastal winds, and a finishing stretch that demands everything. The final round - and farewell dinner - could not have a better stage.
Day by Day
Your 10-day itinerary
Every transfer, tee time and Ha Long Bay cruise berth is organised. You land, we handle the rest.
Arrive into Noi Bai International Airport (HAN), Hanoi. Your ASEAN Links transfer collects the group at arrivals and takes you into the city - approximately 30-40 minutes depending on traffic. Check in to your 5-star Hanoi hotel, freshen up, and join the group for welcome drinks and dinner with a full briefing on the nine days ahead. Hanoi's Old Quarter is one of Southeast Asia's great street-life experiences - tonight is the first taste of it.
Buffet breakfast at the hotel. Transfer to the first Hanoi course for Round 1. The golf around the capital plays in a distinct style from the coastal courses later in the week - tree-lined fairways, a different pace and a course character that is genuinely worth experiencing in its own right. English-speaking caddie and shared motorised cart included. Post-round drinks at the clubhouse, then the evening is at leisure to explore Hanoi's Old Quarter and the lakeside street food scene.
Breakfast and transfer to the second Hanoi course for Round 2. A contrasting layout from yesterday's round - different terrain, different character, and a routing that completes the case for Hanoi as a proper golf destination. Post-round lunch included at the clubhouse.
The afternoon and evening are completely at leisure. Tonight is your last night in Hanoi - Hoan Kiem Lake, the Temple of Literature, or simply the chaos and energy of the Old Quarter on foot. The group transfers to Ha Long Bay tomorrow morning.
Breakfast at the hotel. Morning at leisure in Hanoi before the transfer east to the Ha Long Bay port area - approximately 3.5 to 4 hours. Board your luxury overnight cruise in the early afternoon. As the boat moves through the bay, 1,600 limestone karst islands emerge from the water in every direction. Sundeck time, a seafood dinner on board and the kind of evening that turns a golf trip into something more.
Ha Long Bay is a UNESCO World Heritage Site covering 1,553 square kilometres and containing some of the most dramatic coastal scenery in the world. The overnight cruise is the only proper way to see it - and it sits perfectly between the Hanoi golf section and the coastal rounds in Da Nang.
Ha Long Bay Overnight Cruise Included in your tour price. Luxury cabin, sundeck, seafood dinner, breakfast on board, and a morning of exploring sea caves and hidden lagoons before returning to port. The cruise is a centrepiece of this tour - not an optional extra.
Breakfast on board as the cruise returns to port. Disembark mid-morning and transfer back toward Hanoi for the domestic flight south to Da Nang (DAD). Check in to your 5-star Da Nang hotel on the central coast. The afternoon is yours - the beach is right there, the first round tomorrow is confirmed, and the best golf of the tour is about to start.
Domestic flight Hanoi to Hoi An is included in the tour price and organised by ASEAN Links. Flight time is approximately 90 minutes.
Breakfast at the hotel. Transfer to Ba Na Hills Golf Club for Round 3 - and the central coast section of this tour begins in serious style. Luke Donald designed this course into the mountain range behind Da Nang, and the result is one of the most visually spectacular layouts in Asia. The elevation changes are dramatic. The panoramic views across the coast take in both the city and the sea. And the golf itself - technical, demanding, rewarding - is as good as the scenery. English-speaking caddie and shared motorised cart included. Post-round lunch at the clubhouse.
About Ba Na Hills Golf Club Designed by Luke Donald and opened in 2016, Ba Na Hills Golf Club is built into the foothills of the Ba Na Hills mountain range, 1,489 metres above sea level at its peak. The course delivers dramatic elevation changes, spectacular mountain views and a routing that demands creativity from every tee. Consistently ranked among the top ten courses in Vietnam.
Breakfast and transfer south to Lang Co Bay for Round 4 at Laguna Lang Co - Sir Nick Faldo's masterpiece running between the mountains and the East Sea. The course is set within the Banyan Tree resort and plays along the lagoon and coastline with panoramic views across the bay. One of the most scenically dramatic rounds in all of Vietnam. English-speaking caddie and shared motorised cart included. Post-round lunch at the clubhouse.
About Laguna Lang Co Designed by Sir Nick Faldo and opened in 2013, Laguna Lang Co is set between the Truong Son mountain range and the East Sea on Lang Co Bay. The 18-hole layout blends ocean views, lagoon holes and mountain backdrops into one of the most visually striking rounds in Southeast Asia. Rated among the top courses in Vietnam.
Transfer to the Hoi An coast for Round 5 at the BRG Greg Norman Course - a pure links-style layout designed by the Great White Shark running parallel to the East Sea. Fast fairways, coastal winds and a routing that demands creativity and shot-making from the first tee to the last green. One of the most genuinely links-style tracks in Vietnam and the perfect closing round before tomorrow's send-off. English-speaking caddie and shared motorised cart included. Post-round lunch at the clubhouse.
About BRG Greg Norman Course Designed by Greg Norman and set directly on the Hoi An coastline, this layout plays in a true links tradition - open, fast and exposed to the prevailing sea breeze. The finishing holes run along the East Sea and provide one of the most dramatic closing stretches in the region.
A free morning to explore Hoi An's lantern-lit Old Town at your own pace - the tailor streets, the riverside cafes, the ancient merchant houses. This afternoon the group reconvenes for the farewell dinner: drinks, a three-course dinner and the official tour prize presentation. Ten days, five rounds, Ha Long Bay, two countries of golf. Tonight it all gets properly celebrated.
The Farewell Dinner Held in Hoi An on the final evening. Includes welcome drinks, a three-course dinner and the tour prize presentation. The moment every ASEAN Links tour builds toward.
Breakfast at the hotel. Airport transfer to Da Nang International Airport (DAD) at your scheduled departure time. Safe travels - and we'll be in touch about the next one.

The honest math: The difference comes out to roughly $200/day. For that you get a PGA professional with you all week, 5-star rooms instead of 4-star, no group-of-30 logistics, and a curated cultural side that actually makes the trip memorable. We think that's a fair trade. If it's not for you, that's fine — there are good cheaper options out there and we'll happily point you to them.
