A non-refundable deposit of AUD $500 per person is required to confirm your place on a tour. Remaining balances are due as outlined in your booking confirmation. All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) per person, based on twin share.
All cancellation requests must be made in writing to aseanlinksgolf@gmail.com.
To secure your tour, we forward deposits to our suppliers (golf courses, hotels, transport operators) as part of their booking requirements. Your refund eligibility is therefore based on the cancellation terms set by those suppliers. This means:
Exact cancellation conditions are detailed in your booking confirmation. We encourage you to review these before confirming your booking.
We provide a 48-hour window from the time of booking during which you can cancel your reservation and receive a full refund of all payments made (excluding the deposit), via phone or email. After this window, standard cancellation terms apply.
If you are unable to attend but know someone who can take your place, your booking may be transferred to another golfer at no cancellation fee. You may be liable for any costs charged by airlines or other third-party suppliers where bookings are name-specific. Please contact us as early as possible to arrange a transfer.
If a tour is cancelled by ASEAN Links Golf - for example, due to not reaching the minimum required number of participants - a full refund of all payments made will be issued. We will notify you as soon as possible and work with you to find an alternative if desired.
In rare circumstances where a service (accommodation, golf course, activity) becomes unavailable due to events beyond our control, we will find a suitable alternative of comparable or higher standard. We will communicate any changes to you promptly and transparently.
Travel insurance is mandatory for all international tours. You must hold appropriate cover for the full duration of your tour, including cancellation, medical expenses and emergency evacuation. We strongly recommend keeping your policy number and your insurer's emergency contact with you while travelling. ASEAN Links Golf accepts no liability for losses that would have been covered by appropriate travel insurance.
ASEAN Links Golf shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, war, civil disturbance, terrorism, government actions or power failures.
In the event of a force majeure situation, we will notify you as soon as possible, make reasonable efforts to minimise disruption, and work with you to find alternatives - including rescheduling or issuing credit where applicable. If a force majeure event makes fulfilment impossible and no satisfactory alternative can be agreed, either party may terminate the booking without penalty beyond what suppliers have already retained.
Prices are set per person unless otherwise stated. In the unlikely event that a supplier increases their costs or is unable to deliver a service, ASEAN Links reserves the right to re-cost the package. Any changes will be communicated promptly and alternatives offered where possible.
